• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats for our clients
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Assist in resolving customer queries and complaints
• Update and maintain customer records using our CRM system
• Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure their needs are met

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Tagalog, English, and Bisaya
