📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage patient appointments and schedules using our in-house scheduling software.
• Coordinate with doctors and nurses to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain and update patient records in our electronic health records (EHR) system.
• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
• Assist in the preparation of patient information materials and educational resources.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide information about our stem cell therapies.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
• Support the clinic in achieving its quality and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a patient care or administrative role in a healthcare setting.
• Proficient in using EHR systems and scheduling software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with stem cell therapies is a plus.
