You will use tools like SAP Logistics Execution and Google Maps to track and manage our deliveries, ensuring that we meet our service level agreements and customer expectations.

• Coordinate and manage logistics and delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Track and manage deliveries using SAP Logistics Execution and Google Maps.
• Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of logistics strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and delivery coordination.
• Proficient in using SAP Logistics Execution and Google Maps.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (both spoken and written).
