📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and optimize chemical and petrochemical processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Conduct process simulations and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Monitor and maintain process equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve process issues to minimize downtime and production losses.

Conduct process safety audits and recommend corrective actions.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering in chemical and petrochemical industries.

Strong knowledge of process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS).

Familiarity with process safety management systems (e.g., PSM, OSHA).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a team and independently.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
