As an Outbound Fulfillment Administrator, you’ll manage the daily operations of our warehouse, from order processing to shipment coordination. You’ll work closely with our logistics partners to ensure seamless delivery, leveraging tools like WMS (Warehouse Management System) and ERP systems. This role offers a competitive salary of IDR 5,000,000 - 8,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the outbound fulfillment process, from order processing to shipment coordination.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
• Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and reduce transit times.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
• Use WMS and ERP systems to track and manage inventory and shipments.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to order fulfillment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound fulfillment or warehouse operations.
• Proficient in using WMS and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with beauty and cosmetics industry standards and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
