📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue in our retail spaces.
• Identify and attract high-potential tenants through targeted marketing and networking efforts.
• Negotiate and finalize leases, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
• Manage tenant relations, including lease renewals, modifications, and terminations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform leasing decisions.
• Utilize Salesforce and LeaseWorks to streamline leasing processes and improve data accuracy.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure retail spaces are well-maintained and tenant satisfaction is high.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of leasing policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing, retail, or commercial real estate, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of Bali's retail market and the ability to identify and attract high-potential tenants.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and LeaseWorks, or willingness to learn these tools.
• Certification in commercial leasing or real estate (preferred but not required).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
