• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion in the laundry industry.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance our market presence and customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the performance of business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the laundry or FMCG industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
