Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement corporate sales and marketing strategies to increase client acquisition and retention.
• Manage and grow our corporate client base by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance using data from CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate sales and marketing.
• Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve company goals.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales and marketing, preferably in the wellness industry.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and managing marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce and experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
