📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, collections, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
