📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Knowledge of consumer behavior and market trends.
