📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide legal advice and support to various departments to ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
• Manage legal risks and opportunities by conducting thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including corporate governance materials and compliance reports.
• Monitor and advise on regulatory changes and their potential impact on the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal system and regulations.
• Proficiency in using legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
