📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate BIM processes and workflows for civil, structural, and architectural projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for BIM implementation.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM models and data.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards and guidelines.
• Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and technologies.
• Monitor and improve BIM processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage BIM-related documentation and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM coordination, with a focus on civil, structural, and architectural projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM software.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
