📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow existing client relationships, driving revenue and customer satisfaction.,Understand client business needs and provide tailored payment solutions to meet those needs.,Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and adoption of Stripe's products.,Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase client value and revenue.,Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client concerns and issues promptly and effectively.,Monitor client performance and provide regular reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in payments and financial services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the financial services or technology industry.,Strong understanding of payment processing and financial services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.,Proactive and results-driven, with a track record of delivering against targets and KPIs.,Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills a plus.
