📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients,Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer information,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies,Handle cash and check deposits and withdrawals,Assist customers with account inquiries and other banking services,Monitor transactions for accuracy and completeness,Report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a banking or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with banking software and systems,Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and practices,Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
