📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menu plans.,Oversee the preparation and cooking of food items according to recipes and standards.,Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Monitor food inventory and ordering to ensure adequate supplies.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.,Handle and resolve customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary practices and trends.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.
