📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for solar energy systems.,Assist clients with installation, maintenance, and repair of solar panels and related equipment.,Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.,Conduct regular site visits to assess system health and address any issues.,Educate clients on the benefits and operation of solar energy systems.,Maintain accurate records of all technical support activities and system performance.,Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement system upgrades and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in solar technical support or a related role.,Strong understanding of solar energy systems, including PV panels, inverters, and batteries.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools for system monitoring and analysis.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist clients.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
