We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Management Officer (SHO) to join our team for a large mixed-use construction project in Bali. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing project timelines and budgets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project manager and other stakeholders.,Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Manage and mentor junior site staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, including mixed-use developments.,Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with local regulations and customs in Bali is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
