Apotek Hendra Computer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Personalia Staff to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. As a Senior Personalia Staff, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and development of our team members, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent in the industry. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.,Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance the skills and performance of our team.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to help them grow and succeed.,Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and payroll data.,Handle employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions, in a fair and professional manner.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure that our HR practices comply with them.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection techniques.,Ability to analyze data and provide insights to support HR decision-making.
