📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Participate in health and safety inspections.,Assist in the development and implementation of new recipes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Experience in Indonesian cuisine is preferred.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
