Yamaha Motor Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our Finance & Compliance team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial records and processes. You will work closely with our finance and operations teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that our financial reporting is accurate and timely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of our financial controls and compliance with applicable laws and regulations,Identifying and assessing risks, and recommending appropriate controls to mitigate those risks,Reviewing and analyzing financial transactions and records to ensure accuracy and compliance,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations,Working closely with our finance and operations teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to financial reporting and accounting standards,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our internal control systems and processes,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a senior role,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements,Experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
