Sky One Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. As a Purchasing Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company's procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our business objectives. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships, as well as ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify the best suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure a steady supply of goods and services.,Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Track and analyze purchasing activities to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Collaborate with other departments to meet procurement needs and support business goals.,Participate in inventory audits and other quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
