Zone Urban Abadi is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring that we source high-quality materials and products at competitive prices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing and a keen eye for detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor market trends and prices to ensure competitive procurement strategies.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement and delivery processes.,Conduct supplier evaluations and selections based on predefined criteria.,Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and transactions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Provide regular reports on procurement activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
