📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure that our company has access to the best possible products and services.,Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.,Prepare and analyze purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities support the overall goals of the company.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Provide regular reports on procurement activities and performance to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including tendering, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
