📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment and gas systems, including compressors, storage tanks, and distribution systems.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve equipment issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards, including ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and other relevant certifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules and projects.
• Monitor equipment performance and efficiency, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues, utilizing tools and software such as SAP, Maximo, and other maintenance management systems.
• Conduct training and mentorship for junior technicians and new hires.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and gas systems.
• Certifications in industrial safety, such as OSHA 10 or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with maintenance management systems like SAP, Maximo, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of gas production processes and equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work in a team environment.
