📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Review and analyze legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Provide legal advice and guidance to management on a wide range of legal issues.,Assist in the preparation and negotiation of contracts and agreements.,Monitor and ensure adherence to legal requirements in all business activities.,Stay updated on changes in legal regulations and provide recommendations for compliance.,Assist in the resolution of legal disputes and represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal matters and documents.,Provide training and support to other team members on legal matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a business setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian law and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with legal software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
