📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure the best fit for our organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our hiring process.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
