📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and sales performance.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with accurate inventory records.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.,Participate in store promotions, events, and marketing activities to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing retail operations and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and train staff.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
