📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the shop, including stock management and customer service.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and sales.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Organize and participate in promotional events and sales campaigns.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Work closely with the management team to achieve departmental goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Education up to high school level (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.,Fluent in Indonesian and English, both spoken and written.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
