📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Oversee the preparation and filing of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decisions.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis tools.
