PULSE Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Distribution Officer to join our team in Jatinegara. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution network to ensure timely delivery of products.,Oversee the operations of distribution centers and delivery teams.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in the distribution process.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.,Lead and mentor the distribution team to achieve operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the distribution or logistics industry.,Strong understanding of distribution operations and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using distribution management software and tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
