CV Wibawa Abadi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier Clinic to join our team in Bandung. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the clinic's cash flow, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, financial management, and customer service, and will be able to lead and mentor a team of cashiers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the clinic's daily cash flow, including deposits, withdrawals, and bank reconciliations.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.,Train and mentor junior cashiers, ensuring they meet the clinic's financial and customer service standards.,Monitor and report on cash handling procedures to ensure compliance with clinic policies and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting and administration, to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Maintain a clean and organized cash handling area, ensuring all cash and financial documents are properly secured.,Handle any cash-related issues or discrepancies, and work with the appropriate parties to resolve them.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cash handling or financial management role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and accounting principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with patients, staff, and other departments.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for financial tracking and reporting.,Ability to lead and mentor a team of cashiers, providing guidance and support as needed.,Valid ID and proof of work eligibility in Indonesia.,Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration, is preferred but not required.
