📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to senior management.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and conduct audits.,Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Professional certification in Internal Auditing (e.g., CISA, CIA) is a plus.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
