📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including but not limited to excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Ensure all equipment is compliant with safety regulations and standards.
• Manage and optimize the maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to field technicians.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement improvements to existing maintenance procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
• Proficiency in using SAP and ServiceNow for maintenance management.
• Certification in heavy equipment maintenance (e.g., Caterpillar Certified Technician, Komatsu Service Technician) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards for heavy equipment.
• Ability to travel and work in remote locations.
