📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.
• Ensure high-quality coffee preparation and beverage service.
• Train and mentor baristas to maintain and improve service standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee shop, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement new menu items and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or coffee industry.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
