📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations,Oversee inventory control and ensure stock levels are maintained,Train and motivate staff to achieve sales targets,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Coordinate with suppliers for product delivery and returns,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in organizing promotions and special events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using retail management software,Familiarity with inventory management systems,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior
