You’ll be responsible for monitoring real-time parking data, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring seamless integration with various payment and navigation apps.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of parking facilities, ensuring efficient space utilization and minimal downtime.
• Monitor and analyze parking data using tools like Tableau and Power BI to identify trends and optimize parking strategies.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain and upgrade parking infrastructure.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues related to parking reservations and payments.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for parking management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote parking solutions and drive user engagement.
• Conduct regular audits of parking facilities to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the parking management industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in parking management, facility operations, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with parking management software such as ParkIQ or SmartPark.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
• Certification in parking management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards for parking management in Indonesia.
