📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Leading and overseeing the design and construction of various structures,Ensuring that all structural designs meet safety and quality standards,Managing projects from inception to completion,Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery,Conducting site inspections and providing technical guidance to ensure compliance with design specifications,Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results,Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget,Mentoring and guiding junior engineers to help them develop their skills and grow within the company

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering,Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software,Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proven track record of successful project management and delivery,Familiarity with construction materials and methods
