📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.,Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities and performance.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.
