📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all maritime operations to ensure safety and efficiency.,Plan and execute navigation routes, considering weather conditions and port regulations.,Supervise and manage the crew, ensuring they adhere to company policies and safety protocols.,Maintain and inspect the vessel to ensure it is in good working condition.,Handle cargo operations, including loading, unloading, and storage.,Coordinate with port authorities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and report on fuel consumption and other operational costs.,Ensure compliance with all maritime laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in maritime operations.,Valid maritime license and certificates (e.g., COPC, STCW, etc.).,Proven experience in vessel management and crew supervision.,Strong knowledge of navigation and chart plotting.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with cargo operations and handling procedures.,Knowledge of port regulations and procedures.
